Performance characteristics:
Electrical insulation performance: With excellent electrical insulation performance, it can effectively prevent current from passing through and can be used for insulation of electrical equipment such as motors and transformers.
Mechanical properties: High tensile strength, with a thickness of 25 μ m-100 μ m and a tensile strength of ≥ 150MPa in both longitudinal and transverse directions. It also has good flexibility, tear resistance, and wear resistance.
Heat resistance:
The heat resistance level is E (120 ℃), and it can work stably for a long time at this temperature, maintaining good performance.
Processing performance: It has excellent processability and can be processed by cutting, stamping, folding, etc., meeting the needs of different application scenarios.

Specification parameters: The thickness is usually between 25 μ m and 350 μ m, with a thickness tolerance of ± 5% of the nominal thickness for films with a thickness of 100 μ m or less, ± 4% of the nominal thickness for films with a thickness greater than 100 μ m and 300 μ m, and ± 6% of the nominal thickness for films with a thickness greater than 300 μ m. The specifications for roll diameter and width can be determined through negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
Application areas:
Mainly used for insulation between turns and ends of low-voltage motors and electrical coils, lining insulation, electromagnetic wire winding insulation, E and B level motor slot insulation and capacitor dielectric, cable wrapping, transformer and composite material manufacturing, etc. It can also be used for packaging, fiberglass, clothing lining and other occasions.
