GHG Insulation Paper Description
GHG is a three-layer flexible composite material, produced by using H-class adhesive to adhere the two sides of polyimide film with alkali-free glass cloth.
It is with good physical mechanical property, dielectric property, soft and tear resistant, heat property and fire resistance property.
Main features of the GHG Insulation Paper
–Good mechanical, electric, thermal properties.
–Thermal class is H (180 C).
–Used instead of Nomex paper and Nomex paper laminates
-Used as layer insulation of class H and F dry type transformer.
–Slot insulation,
–Pas insulation.
–Turn- to- turn insulation in electric motors.
–Marks: we can make thickness 0.09mm – 0.35mm
–The insulation system has been approved by UL (NO.: E310670) and the products have passed ROHS and RECH test.
